No real details but Congresswoman Nita Lowey, NY-18, collapsed after speaking at a Clinton rally on Saturday. From the sound of it she recovered quickly and was taken to the hospital for observation. Congresswoman Lowey had given her speech and fainted when she sat down. Given the rigors of campaigning, it could merely be stress, low blood sugar, etc. The rapidity with which she recovered seems encouraging. I don't find any report that seems to have more info than 8 PM Sat. night. I believe I can speak for all of Daily Gotham in wishing her well.
