Representative Louise Slaughter (NY-28) decided that today would be a good day to post a diary on Daily Kos. The title was A Difficult Day for All of Us [1], and it attempted to explain just how the House Democrats had arrived at their capitulation on George Bush's Iraq Appropriations Bill.
