Central Brooklyn Eating Liberally May 11
The second Central Brooklyn Eating Liberally meeting is coming up next week:
Tuesday May 11, 7 PM at Dao Palate, 329 Flatbush Avenue between Park Place and Prospect Place.
Come discuss local Brooklyn elections, the Teabaggers and NYC politics while dining on excellent cuisine at a local restaurant.
Living Liberally motto: “Progressive action through social interaction.”
Living Liberally is a non-partisan organization and does not officially endorse candidates. That doesn't mean candidates and politicians can't attend or that members can't choose to recruit and work for candidates. Members can make any suggested actions they want and members can coordinate as much as they want. But the group as a whole will not be endorsing. But I definitely suggest local organizers, activists and candidates attend to meet other organizers, activists and candidates. The best way to organize is to get together, preferably over a nice meal.
Hope to see you there.
Next meeting will be June 8 at Zaytoons Middle Eastern Restaurant, 594 Vanderbilt Ave (between Bergen St & Dean St)
