Quinn no friend to civilrights
You do realize of course that new public gathering rules are going into effect Sunday, where groups of 50 or more people will require a permit - for any activity in parks, on sidewalks, or in streets. And this is thanks to Quinn who has no intention of standing up for our civil rights against the NYPD, even though she could easily use city council to override the NYPD's power grab.
