Manhattan Young Dems CAMPAIGN INVASION I: CONNECTICUT FOR DIANE FARRELL

This Saturday, September 16th, MYD embarks on its first of three campaign invasions!

Join us for the short train ride to Stamford, Connecticut where we'll be going door to door for one of THE closest congressional races in the country: Diane Farrell's race to take Connecticut's Fourth Congressional District.

In 2004, Democrat Diane Farrell lost to Republican incumbent and Iraq-War apologist Chris Shays by just 4% of the vote. Now she's back for a rematch! With Bush and the Republican Congress more unpopular than ever, Diane's in a strong position to win, but she needs our help. You can read more about Diane at http://www.farrellforcongress.com.

Diane's campaign will provide us with breakfast when we get there and pizza when we finish!

We'll meet at the Central Clock in Grand Central Station at 9:30 am, and we'll be back at 6:30 pm. Please email rsvp@manhattanyoungdems.org if you can come.

MYD members will receive a free train ticket, otherwise the ticket will be approximately $18 (click here to become an MYD member) Let us know if this is a financial hardship for you, and we will work something out.

Check out www.manhattanyoungdems.org to find out more ways you can help MYD help Democrats win!

Young versions of Denny

Young versions of Denny Farrel? You don't get it. Dems are as corrupt as Republicans. There is no difference. Well, maybe. At least the Republicans are honest when they say they want to screw you. Dems just do it anyway and pretend they still love you.
