From the Fort Greene Association:
Tonight, Monday evening, the Fort Greene Association will host a public forum focused on development in the historic Brooklyn neighborhood.
What: "Development going up on the streets of Fort Greene - what's going on and what can Fort Greene expect?"
When: Monday, November 20th, 7:30 p.m.
Where: 85 South Oxford Street (between Lafayette Avenue and Fulton Street, Fort Greene)
The event will feature a talk by Joe Chan, president of New York City's Downtown Brooklyn Partnership. Attendees will also have the opportunity to hear from incoming State Assemblyman Hakeem Jeffries, who will represent the 57th Assembly District beginning in January. Mr. Jeffries will address the meeting and take questions from the audience.
Light refreshments will be served beginning at 7:00 p.m.
