A discussion on Electronic Voting with Douglas Kellner, a noted elections lawyer and critic of potentially fraudulent voting equipment. He has been one of the ten commissioners on the NY City Board of Elections for over a decade and has recently been appointed co-chair of the NY State Board of Elections.
