Hey, here's a great chance to meet and talk to (and maybe have a beer with) loads of local candidates! Dig It:
Join Democracy for NYC and NYU BALSA (Black Allied Law Students Association) for a FREE party as we prepare to Rock the Primaries! We have invited '05 and '06 candidates to dance and mingle upstairs and hear the candidates speak downstairs.
Where: CODA, 34 East 34th Street, between. 5th and Madison
When: Tuesday, May 17 7 PM - 10PM
Should be a hoot. C'mon down!
i have no idea how this ended up on the front page
and i can't properly set the clock either. the event starts at 7pm, not 3pm. that's just silly. hope y'all can come out though.
and let that be a lesson to us all...
The lesson being that we post activities ASAP (no dis to lipris, BTW, just a general sentiment). 'Cos I really want to go, but I already have plans tonight. Will y'all post your impressions after the event, please?
