Tuesday July 12th. Meet at 11:45, (or come on your lunch break!) townhall is between 12:00pm and 2:00pm.

Location: Kimmel Center - 60 Washington Square South (on La Guardia Pl.)

New York University is moving to close down its graduate students union at the end of the summer, the labor movement's only toehold among graduate students at private universities.

Tuesday's event is NYU's only townhall meeting regarding this matter during its 30 days comment period.

Come and flyer with the graudate student unions from NYU and Columbia to show solidarity. Contact Connie at yi -at- dfnyc.org if you wish to attend. Come on your lunch break anyway and see what all the fuss is about.
