Apparently the NYC Board of Elections has screwed up a lot. There are reports coming in from all over the city, including:

• Polling places not open;
• Ballots locked up and no keys available;
• Machines not working, possibly due to backup batteries installed incorrectly;
• Lack of privacy screens.

If you hear or see anything, please report it. We need to make sure the mainstream media reports this, and reports it strongly. The Board of Elections did a rotten job publicizing the fact of the new machines, and apparently they did a similarly rotten job preparing poll workers.
