The key is that all new motions and business has to be put in writing to every county committee member 10 days prior to the meeting (unless bylaws have changed it to 5). Which makes it REALLY DIFFICULT to call for change on the nite of the meeting. It has to be carefully planned out.
The big "reform" was a major disolving of the "leaders vote" on the executive committee so that Vito can have a constant majority, that is what Baron missed entirely (as did most others xcept Robert Newman). Vito now has 5 votes totally within his control giving him a nice cushion of safety.
The KEY here is to get together with Marty Connors (who has the brainpower) and have him on your side for the REVOLT.
However, I fear he has already been bought off with some promise of legal business or consulting work and probably a payroll spot on someones staff.
Just my two cents that seems to be worth only a penny these days.
