I agree. I do not think Senator Savino should run --but update
UPDATE: I now think it is possible that State Senator Diane Savino will run.
In a special election, she'd have been a formidable candidate.
She wouldn't have had to give up her seat and could have won -- as I see it. However, Mr. Fossella's actions, which were aimed at preventing a special election, are harmful to her candidacy, in my view.
