More Republican Dirty Tricks: Since they can't win honestly, they have to lie
Out in California, the Republicans, led by a barking crazy right winger from Missouri who has been fined for ass-biting...yes, fined for ass-biting...are trying new ways to steal elections. Of course no one is buying it. The Republican Ass-Biter Initiative seems not to be too popular anymore, now that people have thought it over. I think California now realizes that if they let the Republicans split their electoral votes, it will basically make California irrelavent in elections. This kind of initiative has to be done either not at all or across all 50 states or it just plain isn't fair.
So, we all know by now that when Republicans can't win fair and square, they cheat. That has become their pattern now that 2/3 of America dislikes them and now that there look to be no real red states left. So now the right wing extremists who are petitioning for the Republican Ass-Biter Initiative are lying to people about what they are petitioning for. They are claiming that they are petitioning to "help children with cancer" when that is really just a cover for their petitions for the Republican Ass-Biting Initiative. This is disgusting Republican tactics at work yet again, and the California Secretary of State'a office has said they will open an investigation into the right wing fanatics who aare commiting this fraud if enough people come forward with information exposing misleading signature-gathering tactics.

Don't have time to address your particular agenda, but although I have always made clear there are corrupt Democrats as well (you really don't read this blog much if you don't know that!!), it is clear that nationally the vast majority of corruption is Republican, as I have outlined before. As I outline in that link, more than 90% of those indicted, convicted, accused or under investigation for corruption are Republican. What is worse is that there are also an amazingly large number of Republican pedophiles. And it goes right up to the Republican leadership who protect these pedophiles.
And, if you read this blog with any frequency you will know that the corruption of the Brooklyn Democratic machine is often a topic of discussion around here.

Is it possible to get those signatures thrown out on grounds of fraud? Probably not -- judges are reluctant to stop fraud in politics -- but it may be worth finding out.
