Christians Praying to the Golden Bull for Money
I kid you not. A bunch of right wing fanatics are holding a day of prayer for economic prosperity and decided to go down to Wall Street and worship the Golden Bull:

I mean, I may be a poor Jew, but to me this is basic idolatry here!
For the record, it isn't just me. My Catholic co-worker's response was, appropriately, "Oh...My..God! What are they DOING?"

Heh.
I seem to recall it's the Golden Calf, but yeah, ZOMG.
Indeed
Yet these folks seem to have waited for said Golden Calf to grow up to full maturity before laying their hands upon it.
It is this kind of stuff that Jews and Muslims just can't understand. Why would you attach so much importance to a statue of a bull???
Ahhh! Stop that!
Really, what are they thinking? Laying hands on a statue of a bull?!? This is just a bit much for me.
Really? People of God? Really?
It's the first words that God ever spoke to Moses--doesn't matter if you're Jewish, Muslim or Christian and you're practicing, this is the foundation of all three and the old testament:
DON'T WORSHIP ANYONE OR THING BESIDES ME OR I'LL BE HELLA PISSED.
No golden statues (which is specifically mentioned in the bible), or bulls, NOTHING!
I mean, THE FIRST THING EVER SPOKEN.
Bulls, really?
These aren't my views, but really, how can you take anyone seriously that claims to be one thing, while negating the entire foundation of their beliefs--rule number one...absolutely pathetic.
At least it exists.
Worship a silly statue of a bull, an invisible man in the sky or Russell's Teapot. It's all the same.
