It's a sad state of affairs

It's a sad state of affairs when the most passionate, well spoken HUMAN is the lowest percentage out of those other bottom feeders.

We get the bush lesson over and over and over.

god save us all indeed.

future for the losers

whats the future for the losers here?

carl andrews will be just fine, he'll be a major player in the Spitzer administration up in Albany.

david yassky will be on the city council until he's term limited in 2008, at which time I wouldn't be surprised if he becomes the front runner to succeed marty markowitz as brooklyn borough president.

Which brngs us to Chris Owens, who did poorly here and shouldn't bother to run against Yvette in two years. Maybe he should run for Yvette's soon to be vacant council seat, but I think he'd have to move into her district. Otherwise I hope he finds something to run for in the future, and that he doesn't go away back to the private sector.

11th CD

Well, at least Yassky found out that he can't just move into a district and buy it.
